El Primero Training Center is located 10 miles West of Laredo on FM ROAD #1472-Old Mines Rd.

Included in the monthly stall fee of $60.00 per month is complete access to the race track, starting gates, walkers, stall gates, tack rooms, hot water, round corrals and electricity.
